To promote our commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, Mister Rui is launching a special reward program for customers who have purchased products containing trays. By reusing and recycling tray liners, we aim to reduce waste and encourage sustainable practices.
This program is our way of thanking our valued customers while standing together for a greener future.

Eligibility
All customers who have purchased Mister Rui products containing trays through international platforms (e.g., Amazon, website, or other online stores) are eligible to participate.
How to Participate
Step 1: Provide Order Information
Customers need to email info@misterrui.com with the subject line:
"Go Green with Mister Rui: Free Liner Claim"
Include the following information in the email:
(from platforms like Amazon, website, etc.) Screenshot of the order details (as proof of purchase).Full Name, Shipping Address, Contact Email and Phone Number.
Step 2: Verification
The Mister Rui team will verify the provided order information within 1-2 business days.
Once verification is successful, customers will receive a confirmation email with details on how to claim their liners.
Step 3: Claim Your Liners
Customers can claim 10 liners per request (up to 3 claims per customer). Each collection interval is 20 days
Liners will be shipped to the provided address. Shipping costs are borne by Mister Rui.

Terms & Conditions
- This program is only available to customers who have purchased Mister Rui products containing trays.
- Each customer can claim up to 30 liners in total, split across 3 requests (10 liners per request). Each collection interval is 20 days.
- Order details must be accurate and verifiable. Invalid or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
- Shipping fees are covered by Mister Rui.
- This offer is valid only during the activity period and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.
- Mister Rui reserves the right to modify or terminate the activity and has the final interpretation rights.
